My experience with Kovar Contracting was extremely disappointing. I hired them to replace my roof, but instead of delivering quality workmanship, they left me with a slew of leaks and interior water damage. Their negligence not only resulted in financial loss but also caused significant stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using their services, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for the job's integrity have caused me considerable frustration and dissatisfaction.

Our neighbour was having their roof looked at so I had asked if he could come look at the damage on ours. Despite not being in the schedule, Jason made time to help us. He was fast with the quote and fast to come repair our roof. These days it’s rare to find prompt and good service, would highly recommend this company!

This 5 stars is for the great responsiveness by the customer service (Kimberley), my required services dates and the companies' didn't match but i wanted to acknowledge great detailed answers and options . Next project maybe :) Thank you

We had a great experience working with Kovar Contracting on our house renovation. Ben and Adam did such a great job in our house. The craftsmanship is top and they were always reachable when you needed to call them for some questions.The whole invoicing was super fair and well handled. No surprises and everything as discussed in advance.We will have to do some more work next year and we will definitely work with them again.100% recommend them!

A true 5 star company! From the initial call and meeting with Jason, to the crew showing up and completing the work ahead of schedule, everything was above expectation.Jason is an honest guy who will tell you straight up what you do and don't need, which is tough to find in this day and age. We had several companies try and quote us for products we didn't need. Customer service is top notch and again, something lacking with most businesses these days.His roofing crew showed up each morning promptly at 7AM, and cleaned up the site each day. The only nail left on the ground Jason found himself when dropping by to ensure we were happy. I am a details kind of person, and when someone can exceed my expectations that is truly something special. A job which others quoted 7 days Jason's crew were done in 3 days. He has experienced guys working for him that don't make costly mistakes.While Kovar is not the cheapest company on the block, you do get what you pay for. Worth every penny if you want a hassle free roof installed with the best products with the best warranty offered on the market backed by a very honest and dependable company!

I used Kovar to insulate my attic and basement. It took 2 technicians about 6 hours in total to complete the job. They were friendly and accommodating. The technicians were able to answer all my questions and update on the progress they were making. I was even complimented on the insulation job by the post retro-fit enviro assessment guy afterwards. Now we are losing way less heat out of our roof. We can even see the difference because the icicles coming off of our roof are way smaller now. Highly recommended!

I sought a quote for some siding and eavestrough repair work from Kovar Contracting and the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend contacting Kovar to anyone looking for a construction contractor. Though I ultimately decided to not have the work done at this time, the response from Alex at Kovar was prompt, courteous, professional, and complete.

I hired Kovar Contracting to replace the wood siding on my house with vinyl siding. From my initial contact with them for a quote until the completion of the job this week, they were always super responsive and helpful. Alex headed my job and he was a pleasure to deal with, always responding to emails within a few hours, super professional, and the team did a great job. The siding looks terrific and they did a stellar clean-up at the end of every day and upon completion of the job. Would highly recommend Kovar!

Kovar did an amazing job for us from start to finish. Jason was always easy to get ahold of, and made sure all our questions were answered before moving forward. Jamie and his crew did a great job of communicating with us along the way. The roof was done on schedule, and it looks great! The crew made an obvious effort to clean up thoroughly when the job was done. I would highly recommend Kovar to anyone looking to have roofing work done.

We recently hired Kovar Contracting to replace the siding on our home. From the initial estimate to the final touches, we have been impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and workmanship. Both Alex and Kevin were so personable and thoughtful as they explained all the details of the process and helped us make decisions along the way. When an unexpected issue cropped up, as often happens on these big jobs, Alex came out to the house on the weekend to talk through possible solutions. The solution that we agreed to and that Kevin implemented turned out to further improve the aesthetics of our home. The job site was thoroughly cleaned every day, and it was very clear that both Alex and Kevin take great pride in their work. We will definitely turn to Kovar for any future work.

I highly recommend Jason and his team. About 2 years ago they installed new gutters for me and I didn't take their advice to install leaf guards so I had him out this spring to do it. He was very accommodating. When they installed the gutters 2 years ago I asked to have the eaves from the back and front be directed into my rain barrel. That is how I found out I needed the leaf guards. Not for leaves but for the helicopter seeds. You should always listen to the experts.
