Moon Wok Chinese Restaurant
I've ordered here for years and my previous review would have been 4-5 stars. Sadly over the past year I have noticed the quality of their food has dropped significantly and prices have obviously also gone up. The food tends to be soggy" or "tasteless". My last experience was a reminder of this. I would recommend trying another Chinese food location. I give this a two star rating instead of a 1 star only because the staff is very friendly and attentive."

Terrible food. We had dinner for 3. House rice was ok, veggies were bland and raw, the breading on the ginger beef was soggy and had very little flavor and the sweet and sour chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Very disappointing. Won't be back

Stopped in for lunch today and had one of their lunch specials! Serving size was huge! Soup was delicious as well as the meal. The Almond Chicken seemed kind of bland to me but everything else was great!

Quality of food isn't as good as it use to be. I ordered a combination plate only to find the plate covered in fried rice the rest was placed on top on each side of the plate. A lot of money for mostly rice. On my second mouthful of rice I bit down on something very hard. I discovered a very rusty one inch phillips head screw. When I bit down the screw cut the inside of my gum and cracked my tooth. I called the waitress over to show her, and she took the screw back to the kitchen. She said there would be no charge for my meal. There was no contact with a management staff and the waitress never even got my name, so there was no follow up. I won't go back as I don't want that experience again.

It's the best place for Chinese food in kamloops. Being an Indian I like Chinese food with Indian touch and moon wok have food to satisfy my Chinese food craving. I highly recommend pork dumplings and avoid fried products.

I highly recommend this place for amazing food and service. The portions were fairly big in size, the atmosphere was very welcoming and nice. Service was on point and friendly.Great job on everything.

Food was great and plentiful. Service wasn't. Not too big a deal but we shouldn't have to ask for utensils for dishing out and a plate to eat from. Our waitress took the order and brought us the bill. Never came by for drink top ups or otherwise and it wasn't busy. Would have given a 5 star.
