Honestly I should have stayed home to eat. Everytime I decide to give this location another shot I am disappointed. They couldn’t even bother to put a chicken patty on my burger. The kids that work there in the evenings are too busy goofing off to their jobs and go top it off I can’t even call the location to speak to anyone.

The service of the restaurant it’s really so low I don’t like the manager they never have an experience with customer when they have a problem and they take forever to give you the order and very rude. Other place is way better. Turn off friendly in there so dirty the mess all over the restaurant no matter how much you tell them they’re still make the food dirty in so gross.

Staff were unfriendly. Told I was not allowed to sit in my car and eat their food in their parkinlot (in an unmarked space). Good way to lose a customer! Will visit the welcoming McDonald's down 50th.

I ordered a double Big Mac sandwich the other day, (first time for fast food in years as I was in a rush) I had a regular sized Coke Zero with it and wow the burger fell apart, was soggy and packed full of sauce. The drink was awful, flat with no taste. I will save my money next time, never again. The staff were friendly enough but didn’t communicate very well, to young and inexperienced or poor management. How hard is it to cook a burger? No quantity control that’s for sure. Pass for me, try at your own risk.

Every time we go here they get the order wrong... our receipt says fudge sundae but they pass us a caramel sundae as if they cant see the different in the syrup they're putting on... cheaps out on syrup and whipped cream and 90% of the time there's air pockets in their ice cream so they can serve less per customer... Sparrow is a lot better and gives us what we pay for and there's rarely any mistakes in our order with them... definitely only going to them in the future.

After years of coming here i just have to say that this is one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to for making errors in an order. For somthing as simple as a mcdouble order, I had to wait at the first window for 3 mins where I was givin my drink and then told to proceed and wait at the next window... over 5 mins later I received a bag containing a cold burger with no fries and no straw in the bag.. the drive through was lined up again after my discovery and not having another 10 mins to spare, a lonely cold burger I ate, thanks for nothing 43ave mcdonalds! I hope people read this and are deterred from coming here and I hope people you've continually affected just stop putting up with your shenanigans and head the couple kms down the road to the other one like I will be from now on.

Food was fast and good. The woman’s bathroom sink is disgusting. You may want to step it in the cleaning department. There’s no way that much sludge happens within a couple hours of opening.
