Excellent service at Swatch. Nice variety of styles of expensive watches. Only had to pay for my watch, the rest of the adjustments were free. The staff is very friendly, helpful and have the knowledge of their products. Always know how to please customers, and warn them that they can’t return the watch after it’s adjust to your size. They are doing a great job. Thank you Shaunie for your service, you made my day.

Fun shop for kids and fun watches for all. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I’ve been in several times and always impressed by the salespeople. They have a kid-dedicated section and even a stool for them to stand and see the pieces.

My husband and I went there a couple days ago and the service there was amazing. We were served by pjay a very helpful and caring young man who helped my husband chose out a watch. He provided excellent customer service and i will most definitely be shopping here again!! although my husband might not have been the easiest client to deal with pjay had an exceptional amount of patience and helped my husband find a watch he genuinely likes. He alsoadviced us on some of their many services such as how they do free battery changes. He was very genuine and he really tried to cater to all of our needs, I hope to see him on my next visit. The entire staff seemed to have such a good connection with each other, they were all very inviting and i highly recommend going here for not only the workers but also for their amazing selection!!

I visited the store recently just randomly because the DBZ collection caught my eye. All their watches actually turned out to be all so unique and beautifully designed. One of the managers helped me out I think their name was MJ and he was super helpful and friendly. I was indecisive but there was no pressure I’m definitely coming back to purchase something from Swatch with their help and knowledge. I was just impressed because I later found out they were still new to the store, yet they were so knowledgeable on the whole inventory already! Great store

The snoopy swatch designs are so cute! Learned one thing today that they would change the swatch batteries for free in the life time! Many cool design from cartoon themes to elegant design. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Got a new battery, polish and cleaning for free and picked up a new modern strap. My 20 year old Swatch looks like new! Fantastic service. Thanks Amanda and Angelica!

Staff seems friendly however they need professional help.Young staff with no clear understanding on sales and customer service.My kids (9 and 7) and wife last winter saw a digital watch at the swatch boutique at Fairvew which was pushed by one of the sales representatives at the time. My daughter was so interested by the flashy color, so she saved up her money all winter (birthday money & paid volunteer work) to get the watch.When she and my wife returned from the store I was impressed by the look and color, I truly believed it was a cute watch for a girl. When I learned what she paid, I was intrigued to know what features it has for that price. The quick answer: Almost None!So I look over the product once more and learned it's actually a watch meant for volleyball players to measure their strike strength and step count. I was thinking this has to be a mistake it must do more for this MUCH money and why would the staff push this product to a 9 year old last winter !!!I immediately felt my daughter and wife were clearly being taken advantage of. I fully explained the watch to my wife who then herself believed it was dishonest of the staff.My wife who doesn't like to return stuff asked I go back with her, I suggested to go alone since I was clearly upset. Regardless see insisted.I went with her and I clearly told myself to keep my cool and don't speak, just stand next to her as she asked. My wife brings the watch to the store some 2 hours later and the reaction from the super young girl is Oh you just got this" my wife replied yes and "why are you returning it" then my wife turns and looks me to speak. I really didn't want to talk but it seems my wife did. I explained very simple and plain at the start .. "We want to return this product for this is a watch is meant primary for volleyball players ". She replied with a bogus explanation on how it's meant for everyone. Her attitude was solely on justifying the sale. Instead of her simply saying - I'm sorry your not happy with the product and moving on. She made excuses .. which upset me more. One of her colleagues joins into the fun and begins insulting my intelligence by claiming it's a smart watch

If you like this brand - you are going to like this store, a lot of models to choose from and just fun to explorer. Also, the service is excellent - warranty, battery changes, cleaning and such - the staff is really friendly and always ready to help.
