How are people rating Ringo Chan 5 stars? He has misdiagnosed multiple times, made follow up appointments for report reviews when reports have not been received, and worst of all - having a couldn’t care less attitude when he’s wrong. This doctor is not credible.

I have never upset like this when I am talking on the phone at this clinic. When I feel uncomfortable. She said you are wrong who answer the call. You should go here to find a family doctor. Still have to continue the discussion. This call is because I need help, not a lesson.

Dr. Ringo Chan is an awesome doctor who takes his time to understand your health and concerns that you may have. He's genuine and professional and I appreciate having a doctor such as himself. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ringo Chan is a great family doctor and willing to listen to what your concerns and questions are. Not a long wait. Knows how to handle young kids and not making kids scare of doctor. I highly recommend him if they are accepting patients.
