You will find a more inviting or caring group of people. As a bi-lateral amputee the human touch exhibited is outstanding... they really grasp the term service.

After 3 appointments they messed up my entire order then treated me very badly and wouldn't re order. Nobody checked the order to see that it was right before booking an appointment for a fitting. The entire order was wrong and after waiting over 40 minutes I left empty handed. I waited over 3 weeks and they still hadn't made it right, still no items. I would think that spending over $500.00 in their store would entitle me to a little gratitude, if not respect, but I received criticism and intolerance. Now, to add insult to injury, after waiting months, I have to start all over again with a different store! The store manager was very rude and never once offered me an apology yet blamed me for their neglect. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
