We would highly recommend Phil at Reactive Plumbing and Heating. We had a leak underneath our bathroom sink and we researched some options. Compared to other companies we had contacted, he was very responsive and straightforward. We're not always available to get on the phone, so it was nice that he was communicative over text. He was able to provide insight on the problem and a quote right away. Phil even fit us in at the end of his day on the same day we had contacted him. Not only did he fix the problem (replaced the p trap), but we were pleasantly surprised that he also installed a nice pop-up drain stopper (ours had been previously missing). Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better or more efficient experience. Thank you, Phil!

UPDATE:Just finished another project (Kitchen reno) with Reactive Plumbing & Heating, and they above and beyond again. My contractor from Specpro was singing them praise. Their workmanship was of a high standard and both Phil and Andy were extremely pleasant to deal with.While they were here our fireplace also needed repair. Phil spent over 2 hours attempting to fix it but the issue was unable to be resolved. I tried to pay him for his time but he refused and said that he couldn’t accept payment for a job that he couldn’t fix. That’s what I call professional integrity!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Reactive Plumbing and Heating.I called about a very loose lever which controlled the hot/cold water in my bathtub. Although it was close to Christmas and it was a very busy time for them, they managed to fit me in.The plumber arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was upfront as he explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.I would highly recommend Reactive Plumbing and Heating. They were polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

Phil, Andy and Patty from Reactive helped us with a repiping project for our whole house. They were wonderful. There were a couple of unexpected circumstances that could’ve delayed the completion of the project by a few days but their team actually worked late on a few of the days to get the project pretty much back on track. At the end, we were only about half a day behind schedule and they finished right on the budget they quoted us. The quality of the work was great as well.

I got the chance to meet both Phil and Andy. They were efficient in what they needed to get done, we’re easy going and very professional! We had multiple unforeseen issues in the apartment we recently moved in to and they fixed every problem. Best thing was, they took the initiative after the original encounter so I didn’t have to chase. I highly recommend them! They seem to care about their customers wants and it shows in their customer service. Overall wonderful experience, thank you Phil and Andy! I hope I don’t need you again, but I know who to call if I do!

Outstanding service by Phil and his team. I had a boiler replaced with a new combo heating and hot water system. It was a big job. His pricing was best of the quotes I had. The work was done on time and at a very high standard. They kept me informed throughout and ensured I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Reactive Plumbing and Heating.

Phil was excellent. I called in the morning with a clogged drain. He offered to come immediately, but that didn’t work for me. We scheduled for the end of the same day, he promised he would get to it before he closed. What should have been a simple clogged drain turned out to be a much larger issue. Phil was on-site for a while, but ultimately solved the problem. He cleaned up throughly afterwards, and his fee was very reasonable, in fact I tipped. I would highly recommend his services.

Phil and Andy are both very busy which was slightly annoying but I can understand why because they are excellent at what they do. They removed my old hot water tank and installed a new natural gas on demand hot water system in a different location in my house. I had very little space to work with and wanted to keep the new unit all contained within a cabinet so Phil drew out a plan and found a special condensate neutralizer that would work for the space. Everything looked amazing. The work was clean, precise and passed inspection very easily. Thanks very much for all your help.
