My mother was there 7 months. She had health issues for about 7 years prior to her moving in at Lynnwood. I never seen her so happy after she moved into Lynwood. The staff are like family. So carring and compassionate. Great job and keep up the good work

Surely this care center has had more than enough time to prepare for the second wave. With 55 deaths

Our family’s personal experience was extremely stressful right before my grand father passed away. It’s hard to say if it was in part neglect for the acceleration of his illness; but signs do point to yes. I believe there are some very caring nurses there though. But - I also believe there are some that aren’t as trustworthy.

If I could give a 0, I would. My mother was admitted to Lynnwood in mid-November. The care borders on neglect. She went in able to walk after breaking her hip and going through hell to learn to walk again. She was continent. She was in good spirits. Since her admission she has contracted MSRA. The wound had to be pointed out to the staff so it could be treated. She contracted pneumonia and again it had to be pointed out to the staff that she was wheezing before she got a CXR and treatment. She fractured her tibia. No one there knows how. Her bottom is now being treated as it is extremely excoriated due to sitting in her wet dapper for hours on end. She is no longer able to walk and no longer continent since no one bothers to help her to the toilet. She has a lot of pain in her hip now because she isn’t exercised, as we had been lead to believe would happen.There are 12 care givers on days for 72 patients, 7 on evenings and 4 on nights. It’s a travesty how these elderly patients are neglected. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to care for an animal let alone a loved one.

I Loved coming here for CommunityService Learning VolunteerWork, during HighSchool once a Week on Thursdays all these five Years, Also finished in May 30th in 2013.

Excellent retirement home.The nurses are curteous and cheerful.
