Why are we banned from using plastic straws when stores like this are allowed to sell absolute junk that will end up in a landfill faster than a carton of milk. The stench of cheap materials makes you think dollarama started to build couches. At least when walmart sells garbage they price it accordingly.

Good Company with customer respect, as after 3 months of buying 2 sofas I had a problem with them and after i complained to the store (Gatineau branch). The store manager Mr. Maxim and Mr Walid helped me to solve the problem in a verry good way, thank you for the good service.

Very disappointed. Paid 1200$ for a brand new sectional to receive it as an open box with holes in it and apparent signs of wear. That's absolutely a dishonest transaction. I have been waiting since Wednesday for the company to get back to us to pick up the sectional and refund us. Not very happy and won't deal with them ever again!

My family came to Gatineau from out of town to move my father to a care home. We needed 1-stop shopping to furnish his room. My sister found Meubles RD online and we went to the store on a Sunday. We had a fantastic sales person - Danielle Cousineau who made our shopping trip a total success. We were able to purchase all the items and even move a few things from the floor already assembled. Danielle has been available to help with the warehouse pick ups and the deliveries. So, so helpful. Can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend this company - good value and excellent staff!!

We also had troubles with them. I wish I could have read reviews here before buying a couch. So the first issue was that they confused the dates of delivery - my boyfriend took a day off for the delivery and they just apologised and didn’t and rescheduled. The second - one part of the couch has a rip, now we are in the process of exchanging that part of the couch. That’s terrible! No discount or bonuses for these fails!I will be complaining more and into different instances. I am not going to pay for the couch that I don’t have yet.

Zero star: For God sake! Avoid this company. Once you pay you will see their true colors. They promise false delivery date. They have the worst after purchase service. Really bad client service. Before you buy ask about their return policy and their delivery service. You have to pay extra if you want it delivered inside your house. Nonsense!
