Rhythm Ride

My first class = absolute nightmare come true.Within the first 15minutes of class, my left shoe comes unclipped in the middle of a climb.I picked the front row and ended up between two very well experienced cyclists.I couldn’t stand for more than 2 minutes and sat nearly the whole class.Do I regret it? Absolutely not.The energy and support I received out of this one class was truly eye opening.The instructor, Sarah, and the rest of the Rythym staff were truly amazing. So supportive on so many levels.The idea of no mirrors really makes for an extra hyped environment that allows you to be YOU amongst so many others striving for the same thing.I signed up for 2 weeks unlimited and cannot wait to see where these next weeks take me.Thank you to the Rythym staff for cultivating such a rad environment.

Rhythm Ride is an amazing studio! Their team is so welcoming and will ensure you feel part of the community whether it’s your first ride or your 100th ride.They have STAGES bikes with a sprint shift which in my opinion works you harder than the Schwinn bikes and they feel more stable and supportive too!There are no mirrors so the instructors work extra hard curating their own playlist and providing visuals on two screens. Each instructor has their own flare and music taste but are always open for requests :)Spin shoes, sweat towels, showers and amenities are all provided. Cold lemongrass towels at the end feels so good after a sweaty class. Keep an eye out for their Rookie Ride which is free (!!!!) and will go over spin basics if you are new or need a refresher! You will never regret taking a class here :)

A warm, welcoming, and inclusive spin studio that leaves you feeling the beat in your feet in no time! The Rhythm Ride community are always there to create a non-judgmental, fun, and safe space to work out and socialize in. The instructors are incredibly talented and hard working, creating playlists and beats that challenge and inspire you. There are no mirrors in the spin studio so you can focus on having fun and spin shoes are always complimentary :)

I’ve been going to Rhythm Ride for a year now and I absolutely love this studio. Every class guarantees good vibes and an amazing workout. Each and every instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate for spin! I love bringing all my friends here for a good time.

I’ve gone to 259 spin classes at this studio. The instructors always facilitate an exciting and engaging class that welcomes and accommodates all abilities. The facility is always pristinely clean and well maintained.And the music. You will not find a more entertaining a motivating playlist paired with captivating visuals. If you are seeking a spin studio in Calgary, I strongly recommend Rhythm Ride!
