Staff was very kind today. The sweater that we needed, they did not have in store so had to order it but they said one second and found it at the back. So kind of them to double check for us. All i can say was a very great experience and found everything I was looking for and very kind staff they helped us a lot.

My first time at this locatiion or at McCarthy's for my kids. Glad the switch to McCarthy's was made for uniforms. Julian was very helpful in trying to find the right sizes for my daughter in pants and shirts. Also very patient as she was trying things on. The service from everyone was great. It was very well staffed. The location is very clean, bright, organized. Only thing did not have all the items in stock yet, but they were helpful in explaining expected timing.

Charlotte was an absolute delight to have as our sales associate! She was knowledgeable in products, efficient with sizing and gave on point amazing service with smile and patience! She deserves a raise! As I was observing the store, all staff were friendly, great in number for available customer service and very personable! Store was very clean! Absolutely amazing service!

Went into McCarthy yesterday and I was pleased to be greeted and served by maya at the front door. The staff made my trip to McCarthys quick,easy and enjoyable. The store was very clean and maya helped me find my perfect size! They also provided summer bundles to help me save money during your shopping trip. I hope HCDSB sticks with McCarthys MUCH CLEANER AND BETTER QUALITY THAN ISW.

The uniform is good, warm, and very comfortable to wear and the staff were super helpful and kind but sadly it shrinks a lot so if you are buying for example medium I’d recommend buying large or extra large because the staff said it themselves it shrinks in the dryer. If you want to get a small or medium and not have it shrink you can air dry it instead of the dryer.

Horrible customer care at a Oakville location !! There was a tall lady,( should have asked her name) was very rude. My kids were asking why she was mean while talking to us. Don’t even know why she was rude to us.. Will never go back! Will suggest the same.

Our family went there yesterday and the place was busy. We were helped by Ariana who was so lovely and patient with my kids and went out of her way to answer all our questions. Amazing service and shout out to her.
