Precision offered professional and prompt service; especially when compared to my last experience with another company. Our assigned Manager Chris and his team are very professional, highly communicative and the craftsmanship is impeccable. They took care to protect all of our floors and counters while doing the work. Bob and his team did a fabulous job in repairing my garage ceiling from damage that occurred over the winter season from ice damming. The tradesman that were hired were all professional, communicated well and were on time based on all schedules. The work was above and beyond my expectations. My garage required the following work: full air drying the garage to get water and moisture out, drywall replacement, taping, plaster, sanding, ceiling texturing, painting, removal of insulation and new blown in insulation, electrical and after each job that was completed a full cleaning of the entire area. As well a storage bin was brought to my driveway to have all the garage belongings stored while the work was being completed.I could not be happier with this job and would highly recommend Bob, his team and all the tradesman that were involved.Thanks again Bob.

When one's home floods on Christmas day, all one can think of is 'What is a nice Christmas present'? Thankfully, our insurance company, front line worker , Tina suggested Precision Restorations. Precision Restoration was a perfect gift as Chris Bennett, project manager and Kim Ferguson were efficient in scheduling workers from various companies to dry out our place, removal of ceiling, replacement of ceiling, replacing the floors, flooring company, movers/packers, and cleaner. Every worker was professional, friendly, and efficient. We are so grateful for their work! There were many employers that were involved, we can't mention them all - we definitely appreciate their hard work. We are overjoyed with the quality of work and dedication of craftsmanship from Theo (ceiling/baseboards) and Raphael/Chris (removal and installation of the flooring including transitions). Communication is outstanding, if we had any concerns, we were able to call/email either Kim or Chris and discuss the matter. Precision Restoration is number 1 in our eyes.

They came in fast and helped get us all taken care of every step of the way. Friendly, professional and treated us like family. If you every are in need of restoration services call Bob and you will be in good hands.

Due to unexpected circumstances we had to utilize Precision Restoration. It was remarkable how organized and efficient they were at managing our challenging situation. Mr. Bennett managed our house flood with precision. Nothing is more stressful than looking down the stairs at the basement couch floating around the washer and dryer.
