Extremely rude employees with very condescending attitudes/tones. No one likes to be spoken to poorly first thing in the morning. If you can’t handle the job and you’re going to be a miserable person everyday and you are not able to speak to people with dignity and respect than you should not be working in a customer service job. It’s not an easy job working in customer service but that is no excuse by being disrespectful

I have been to this place many times and I haven’t seen smile on their face for customs. The behaviour is so rude. They don’t listen properly and yell at customers what they want. I have been to many tim hortons but I haven’t seen a worst customer service and employees behaviour anywhere than this one. Today, I ordered a croissant grilled with butter. But they didn’t grill it properly, so i asked to grill it little more. Then, the lady who was making food started screaming and yelling loudly. I don’t know for what. She was kept saying that i grilled it. My morning started like this. The only man who took my order was polite and respectful.I request the owner please teach your staff how to treat with customers. First train them properly and then hire them.Really disappointed.

I found hair in my coffee and asked them to change it. But they didn't, then they took my coffee and they didn't give my money backI never experienced something like this in my life .

If I could put 0 star I would. This place should not be operating, as I was inside to speak with the manger they had another client complaint from drive through. I access this location only on Saturday morning as my daughter ballet class is near by and they never get our order right. Today I went inside to speak with the manger who’s name is Dodong, waited 5 mins for him to come and speak with me, when I explained to him the issue his response was “If you are not happy with our service why you are keep coming back” I felt so embarrassed in front of these people, I said the least you can do is apologize for your poor service and simply said you can leave. I responded back saying I paid for these coffees (coffee was completely burnt)at least change them, he ignored me as if I wasn’t even there. I requested another employee and he was kind enough to change the coffee. I totally understand why people won’t do their properly at this location because they have a poor leadership to look up to. I will never go to this place again and right now just waiting to hear back on my complaint from Tim Hortons regional management team.

They get you your food fast but it’s fast for a reason. Every time I order a bagel with stuff on it there’s usually next to nothing on it. Coffee is eh compared to other Tim’s. Only thing good I’ve had from here is the soup because it’s impossible to mess that up.. If it was t beside work I wouldn’t be going here.

At 7:00 am. Extremely rude and unprofessional group of people working there. They are always yelling for me to drive up or to wait. This morning I was driving up slowly to the takeout window and they were yelling at me to wait and making stop" habd gestures. When I pulled up I asked "wait for what?" And they said "your coffee" then when they walked away to get my coffee the lady mocked me and was telling everyone inside that I asked her "wait for what". She handed me my coffee and breakfast looked at me and roller her eyes. I have never experienced this level of disrespect before from any place I've been in. Idk how they still work there considering how rude they treat people and how unprofessional they act in the work place."

I was just there at 2:20 pm Sunday February 12 to be exact. A Filipino staff Duday is her name that was she told me, raised her voice at me when I just repeated my orders. She raised her voice while speaking Tagalong language. I told her how rude she is for treating me the way she did.Is this how customer service runs at Tim Horton, I was calmly giving her my order and when I repeated to her she raised her voice.I deal with public everyday with stress but I never raised and cursed to these people who came to get their service.Lastly I ordered for Medium dark roast regular, she made a double dark roast instead of Medium.Very disappointing.This kind of attitude should not be tolerated. Very unacceptable.

Rude employees every time. They speak foreign language about you to each other right in front of you. Almost all of the staff are super rude. Some of them don’t even reply or say a single word when you ask them something, but they sure do speak to each other while making customers wait.

Very disrespectful staff. I had 2 issues in 1 month. The first time they burnt my bagel and the second time they barely even toasted my bagel and when I told them about how bad my bagel was the 5 women started yelling at me and telling me that I was wrong and even the manager saw the pictures of my bagel and told me that I was lying and they never give a bagel like that to customers. I hope the owner realize one day how bad his staff are
