Valley Furnace Cleaning

Very friendly, seemed to do a good job. Took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me before they did it. Showed us photos of what they did and everything looked great. We were provided an approx quote over the phone and a firm quote within that price range once they arrived.

100% hands down the BEST furnace cleaning company.The pictures speak for themselves, I inspected all the ducts in the house and all are in pristine condition like the attached pictures.Gerard and his team are professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.Great job, Great value, Great results!

The service was great! The precleaning is a must, brilliant! I must say whenJerry and his team showed up with the older truck. I was little apprehensive.These folks are professional and quick. Jerry was willing to share knowledge to help my heat flow better through the home.My heating ducts look great plus they cleaned a vent that a previous furnace cleaming company did not touch.I liked their work! I will be using them again and recommending them to others.

Shane and Jonnie were really good. very nice professional and did a great job. Explained everything and even when I had a minor billing dispute it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I did not use a groupon and called them directly for a quote.

The owner is polite and seems to know his products and methods but he changed my appointment after I booked well in advance which was fine and I was willing to work with him on a different date but than he pointed out a $15 service fee and when I told him that fee is not on the Groupon he decided to tell me “I need to hold off now because the company doesn’t like to due rentals and that should of been displayed on the Groupon and I need to speak with Groupon first”. My problem here is that I told him from the gecko it was rental and he said he was fine with it but now that I caught this random service fee of $15 he suddenly doesn’t want my $300 of business and decided to delay my pre paid Groupon even longer. I am sure he does a great job but he sort of makes it sound that he doesn’t need my business because he is sooo busy from Groupon clients already well I just cancelled the groupon and he lost one client and other clients, as well as repeat business because I definitely will not send the countless other properties of my many friends and family that I have to him for servicing. In business no matter how successful you are, you should always stay humble and always work with the customers because without customers you will be humbled very quickly when your business starts to decline from disgruntled clients and never tell someone you don’t need there business. This was not a good experience. Sorry.

Great Job! And great experience. We had been burned in the past by other furnace cleaners so were nervous to try another... Valley was recommended and we decided to give them a try. It was a great decision! Very professional and did a thorough job, explained everything and didn't try to up sell" anything. Well worth it - we will absolutely call Valley next time we need duct cleaning."

The owner actually came to clean our furnace, along with another guy. I forget their names. The owner took before and after pictures of our heating register ducts and explained thoroughly how their cleaning works and how he has upped the furnace-cleaning game. Very professional and forward thinking to be the best. They also cleaned the inside of the furnace. We will definitely be using them in two years.

Decent job cleaning. Let dog out of the backyard, removed windowscreen and did not put back on.
