When I came to Joe with an issue (my brand new car had lock nuts on each tire instead of lug nuts and I was never given the key to take them off), he provided quick and professional service. Within 15 minutes I had the nuts broken off and replaced with new lug nuts at no cost at all. I would highly recommend this establishment, they provide friendly and high-quality service!

My girlfriend and I were camping in kaslo when our battery died. We walked over to kaslo automotive and explained our situation and we’re treated very well! Joe came down to the campground to give us a boost and drove back to kaslo automotive and put a new battery in our vehicle. Excellent service. Both Joe and Douglas are fantastic!!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kaslo Automotive for helping me out while I was there visiting… I unexpectedly needed my spark plugs changed and they were able to make it happen on very short notice and had me on my way within 24 hours. It was a huge relief as I needed to get back home- I’m very impressed and appreciative ☺️ 10/10

Our engine was running roughly so we had the car towed to Kaslo Automotive from Balfour. In four hours, Joe diagnosed the problem, ordered two air mass flow sensors from Nelson, received and installed them, and road-tested the car.We had been afraid parts would take a few days to arrive. Thank you Joe for being so quick!
