As a returning customer, I have visited several Sleep Country branches, but Saleem is truly the best of the best. He helped my friend choose the perfect Distinction Series Layla mattress that fit her needs and budget. Saleem's persistence, efficiency, and understanding of our needs were exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress. Five stars!

My wife and I just purchased a new mattress, box spring and 2 pillows at the Sleep Country location at 256 Eglinton Ave. West in Toronto. The store had a very wide variety of excellent beds and related accessories covering a range of price points and features. We received outstanding service from Saleem. He spent time patiently and expertly assessing our needs and then making appropriate suggestions. He had excellent knowledge of all the available products and how they met, or didn't meet, what we were looking for. Because of Saleem, we left assured that we got great value and can look forward to many many nights of good sleep. Thanks Saleem!!

Was a nice experience for the whole family when we visited for a bulk order for the whole family. Staff is cooperative and guided well. Also if you show them intent they will guide you to what you need within your budget.

I have always bought beds from Sleep Country due to their consistent service, product quality and competitive pricing. Although we have had success buying beds at other Sleep Country locations, we keep coming back to 256 Eglinton Ave W due to Saleem Syed's incredible product knowledge, honest approach, and genuine desire to understand the customer's needs first and foremost as opposed to trying to simply push product. There can be a lot of confusion around buying beds, with a lot of opportunity for salespeople to make stuff up" rather than properly explain the many differences between products

In the showroom, i tried a simba very dense memory foam pillow. It was 170$ but one of the sale rep from the store told me it would be perfect for my neck. With this model you can open the case and add more foam inside of it (for a fee).After buying it and letting 3h passed for the foam to expand, i realized the pillow was extremely thin compared to the one in the showroom. I suspect the staff to add more foam in the pillow from the showroom to mislead people on the product and get them to buy more foam from them. When i complained about it to the sale rep, he said that i had to wait more time for the foam to expand, even if 3hours already passed...He eventually told me i could get the foam from the pillow in the showroom. Very dishonest practices!

I don’t think I will ever come back to this store. Manager of the store didn’t make appropriate comment regarding my looks which was actually rude implying that I look nothing like my picture on my id.First of all, I went there to find affordable firm mattress and he straight ahead tried to sell me the most expensive ones trying to say that’s all they’ve got. After I said, I can’t afford it, suddenly he said he actually had cheaper options. After he tried to secure deposit for one mattress I liked, he asked for my id and then made this rude comment that I don’t look anything like my picture trying to be “funny”. I immediately said that I don’t wanna buy anything in that store and left. On top of being pushy, he also was rude. I understand he needs to do his job and sell things, but this is not right approach.

Saleem was fantastic! So friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me find a pillow suitable for my needs. Highly recommend going to him for all your sleep time needs!

Salim provides excellent service. Answering all necessary questions calmly. His product knowledge was amazing. He had a deep and good understanding of all kinds of product in the store
