Ladies aren't very friendly, no customer service skills at all, only person that actually acknowledged me was the new girl with the red hair the other 2 seemed very annoyed to be there, don't usually make bad reviews but I feel bad for the new girl

Horrible. Walked into the store and guy working there was on a personal call with his cell phone. He never greeted me or asked if I had any questions. Won't be going back here.

Started looking at hats, and the guy asked if I wanted a custom logo, I said no..He pointed at a wall and said your style is over there" apparently I'm not capable of choosing a hat for myself.Terrible staff."

A store who's policy is supposedly not political! But a person's personal opinion is denied! Do we live in a communist country? Last time I checked we lived in Canada. Other stores have no issues making hats according to what the customer wants. Why is lids pushing there own political views on potential customers? All that we wanted on the hat was make alberta great again
