Problems with my Nexus 5 power button which they fixed. It broke again a month later so they fixed it again, for free. Then I had a battery problem which they replaced for a good price. A year later my power button wasn't working again and they fixed it without charging me! So awesome. They don't call you when your phone is done so you need to check in. I have been so happy with their service, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They'll also cut your SIM for free if you need it.Update 2020:Still going to these guys in Crystal Mall. They have problems coordinating between the two stores but in the end their prices are great. They did their very best to get my phone's working again. I suggest just being patient. Give them a call or drop by. They deal with a lot people who are mad their phone's not working. If you do the follow up, they're really knowledge and they will get you phone repaired.

Took my phone here to replace a cracked screen, the technician was super nice and professtional ，he got it done in 20 minutes and gave me a very reasonable price. 5 star for sure! will come back here again if anything goes wrong with my phone :)

Went to this store in crystal mall twice now, and my experience has been excellent! Henry fixed my phone the first time for the low cost of $40. Then the next time he recharged it for free! Apple gave me a quote on my IPhone for about $550... What a rip off Apple is...Believe me, choose this store when you need repairs for the technology items listed on his website. It’s one of the lowest costs! Thanks again Henry, if I have any problems with my phone, or anything else I will be sure to take it into you’re store. I recommend! 5 stars

Unable to reach them despite calling several times. I went there and the store had a lock outside the doors. They have my iPad Pro

I came in to fix my back glass and he ended up changing my phone to a fake phone and he broke my camera. Now it’s $1000 to fix my whole phone. This is literally illegal.

They did a great job for a reasonable price unlike some other places I went into in Crystal Mall ($40 to replace the power button on my Nexus 5). They loose a star because they made me come back twice and it not being fixed when they said it was going to be fixed. Guys, it's ok to take an extra day to fix my phone, just don't tell me to come in when you're not sure it's going to be done! Other than that, top notch. My phone's working great.

Very reasonable priced, friendly, helpful, reliable. Received best service. Had glass screen protector put on with no issues. Still works great and have not had to replace it. I’ve been going with my friend has been getting phones & tablets fixed here for many years now and has always been accommodated & received great service. Will definitely recommend.

Blocking my review option does not change your stores’ rascality behaviour. You do not call your customer not wise. You do not tell your customer check with other store and other store probably fixed it. You tone and your wording is never polite. If you don’t deserve a customer, you don’t get one. That simple.Terrible customer service. Takes no ownership and unprofessional service. Cheap product. After the screen exchanged, during 2 weeks time my phone continuously get crash multiple times a day which I have to force shutdown to continue use the phone. Awful experience. Do not recommend anyone to shop here.The girl showing a strong attitude and accuse I didn’t shop there and try to scam and get free service. Unrespectful to customers, and should not be working there.Calla

went today to get iphone battery replaced. Very good service and reasonable fast as replacement installed in 30 minutes. Female staffer was very polite and informative on how to check battery health. Bought protection case too. They also give discount for cash payment rather than credit card.

They are very knowledgeable and proud of their work ! Reasonable price with oem product that I can't find at other places. Technician even stay after shop hours to ensure my phone work with my new sim card .
