Have been going here for many years and extremely happy with all the work. However, decision to hire very rude & disrespectful summer students to work the counter means I need to find a new tailor unfortunately.

I'm from Toronto, and I was visiting St. John's from July 18 - 21. My coat zipper broke on July 19. I took my coat to this company. The lady was so nice and polite. She said she was extremely busy dealing with weddings and was not able to help me. She suggested I go to see Tony's Tailor Shop on Freshwater Rd., which is what I did. Thank you Kim Le for leading me in the right direction.

Found them fine when doing their work, usually takes a week or so to get your clothes back. Quality of work seems fine, no complaints.

Worst experience at Kim Le Taylor! Extremely poor service and obnoxiously rude owners.Upon return of a brand new, never worn brides maid dress (provided in a protective cover) was stained in three noticeable areas. In addition, I requested hemming of a dress which the original hem had fallen down. When returned it was noticeable uneven. When questioned, the owner (Kim) would not even look at the hem of the dress stating she replaced the original hem and the hem of the dress must have been uneven in the first pace

They do excellent work…I had a leather jacket relined it is better than brand new. Now I can wear it for another 28 years!!!
