I will never deal with this business ever again. I was fleeced for 2 phones inside of 6 weeks. That was bad enough but to be treated like I was mentally challenged was the worst experience I've ever received. I was even told by an older couple later in the food court that the employees were mimicking me and laughing. I have cerebral palsy and spina bifida... my legs don't work well but my brain is fine! I'll find another cell phone store that won't humiliate me.

I found the customer service great! I have a Samsung A51 screen smashed, they were straight forward and very honest. Fixed it and charged me very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Very friendly, so much helpful. Such great service! These people helped me by cleaning out my connector port. No waiting! I had some stuff jammed in there pretty deep. Now I can charge my phone. Phew! And FREE! No charge. I'm going back there if I ever need phone help. They were really nice.

I first went in with my wife. We purchased two screen protectors, one for her watch and one for my cell phone. After getting home the screen saver looked thinner then the one I wanted to purchase. The gentleman quickly noticed it, and ordered the proper one, and installed it for free. The new one had a small chip like issue on the side ot the sreen protector, but I could live with it. But the chip ending up cracking right across. I brought in and, the owner quickly replaced it with no questions asked. Thanks for above and beyond. Chris W

Amazing customer service! Brought my phone in for screen replacement and advised my phone speaker was not working and if it could be looked into. Half hour later picked my phone up and it was completely fixed. Very very happy to have my speaker and screen fixed. Price was cheapest in the Sault as well. Highly recommended!!
