Matt at the front desk was very understanding and accommodating. I've been going here for years and always very helpful staff and good service.Only thing I didn't like so much was having some dirty hand prints around the interior. Easy to wipe off though so no big deal.

I'm from Waterloo and found Gorrud's when searching for a specific vehicle online. I think I've had the best experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. No games when buying the car, fair trade in value and great people. Pricing was fair and competitive. I worked with Mehran (sales), Reg (Sales Mgr) and Peter and Imran in finance. Just great people. We had a couple of very minor things with our vehicle and Gorrud's stood behind their product. They promptly fixed it without complaint or objection and stood behind their warranty. Our experience with their service team was excellent. Worth the drive to Milton.
