Update: Haven't been back in 4 years. Went in for another try.Order the 3 piece teners box, paid about $13.50 and all I got was 3 very small strips and ice cold french fries on a plate.So I went back and said, isn't a drink and salad come with this? He handed me a cup and said these combo's rarely come with salad. I even pointed to the picture. Didn't make sense, anyhow. Wont be back. EVER.Chicken pieces are so small. Not worth the money.

Stopped for take out - but went in to order. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff polite. It was a large order and everything was correct. Chicken was not overly greasy. Biscuits were tender and flaky. Corn was a little to spicy for the kids (though hardly spicy for an adult palate). Overall good experience.

I've always been a big fried chicken fan, but this particular location seems to miss the mark as often as it hits it.The food is fair, but I've gotten home a few times with a bucket and found more small" pieces than I expected.When the counter person has to keep ducking into the kitchen area

We went thru the drivethru, ordered, and got our order. The chicken sandwiches were superb, poutine fries piping hot and drinks just right! Thanks Janet B, everything was perfect!

I got it a few weeks ago and it was really good I got the same thing it was a boneless box, it came with three chicken tenders with the 11 herbs and spices, popcorn chicken, fries and a side which was potato salad and a drink. I got it this time and the fries were barely cooked and cold. The popcorn chicken was either just sitting there forever or not cooked enough, it wasn't crispy at all. I'm pretty disappointed since it was so good last time. Also at the window we asked for salt pepper and ketchup and we ended up having to go back in to get it because it wasn't in your bag and neither were napkins.

The chicken bowl Was not edible,. why does one franchise have the full ups and New Glasgow does not? Over 12 dollars for two piece chicken fries and drink. Oh my

Predictably, you know what you're getting when you order from here. It's KFC. Not much else can be said! They should honestly just add a taco bell into this location it would immensely increase this locations value and desire.

$51 dollars for a bucket of half raw chicken. I'm homeless, $51 dollars is a HUGE deal for me. And its not like I have a deep fryer in my tent. Thank you for ruining my night and my meal! At least the racoons will be well fed.

Placed an order in the drive through and was advised it was a 20min wait for the order. No problem. Pulled up by front door and waited for my order.At the 30min mark and watching multiple orders go thru the drive thru I went inside.Charged for a 25 piece meal....given an 18 piece and when we arrived home found that it was under cooked, soggy, burnt looking (Dark greasy brown) and plain gross. Threw most of the chicken out and when we got to the bottom of the bucket, there was more blackened grease on the bottom than we had ever seen before (KFC is greasy anyways but this was horrific). The fryers obviously needed a change and probably wasn't hot enough when the chicken went in.Kids refused to eat and so did the rest of the family. Peanut butter toast and bananas was the end result.It may be busy, but undercooked and poorly made food is a waste of a person's money and time.This was the last bucket of KFC for the family....
