I can not recommend Olivia enough. We had Olivia as our listing agent when selling our first home. With no experience in this ourselves we had lots of questions and didn’t quite know where to start. Olivia guided us through each and every step of the sale in detail, came to the home on a regular basis to help recommend anything she felt needed doing or changing and always had the connections for any extra help we needed (cleaning, landscaping etc.). In addition to all of that, she was able to market our home so well that she got us over 15 (!!!) offers, and a selling price of $80,000 over ask.
