Great customer service, and also they are fair with the toppings.Edit: Recently they have decreased the toppings, and have increased the price. There was basically no cheese on some of the slices. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst! Way too expensive. Ordered a large half and half online. They don't take orders by phone apparently. Says free delivery, not true! Charged per topping, ...after placing the order and payment online they called to say no onions available. I was charged and no credit offered. Never got tomatoes either and the mushrooms were stems only. Ordered regular crust, it was flatter than thin crust! Total over $42.They won't last!

Im so disappointed,the chicken caesar pizzas we ordered were dry and tasteless ,had no sauce and they were cheap with the toppings of chicken and bacon,hardly any. It was my first time ordering from pizza hut and the last ! The managers excuse was I should have ordered extra sauce,well being my first time ordering how was I to know they put very little sauce,why should I order extra,I dont with dominos or pizza pizza or greco. No sort of compensation or a sorry.well I guess I'll be sticking with dominos best toppings quantity and flavour and never a bad pizza or lame excuses. Stay clear of pizza hut,the staff can hardly communicate in english so no sense in asking for anything particular,good luck.just stay clear !! Heres a pic of their dry sauce free chicken free,bacon free chicken caesar pizza. Disgusting !!

Only take out a available, really dirty foyer for only having that part open to public. Close the washrooms if you can’t keep them clean (they were awful). Here’s hoping I don’t get food poisoning.

The food is good but this was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The place was dirty and the staff had no clue what they were doing.

Ordered 3 pizzas delivery. They forgot one… no big deal. Called phone number on order and was told replacement on the way. No pizza after an hour. Called for ETA. Told “maybe 50 mins more”. Asked agent to call store and inquire. Was told “you call it is your pizza”. Lots of other options in Moncton, I recommend trying somewhere else.

They wont give me my refund and its been since February 22ndSome of us dont have money like others and that money was given to me and my son for food… ive contacted the store the branch etc etc spoke to manager that just started promised my refund again 7 days ago.. im struggling and we couldnt find anywhere else to order online that day…We couldnt get our food they wouldnt pick up the phone.. we called seconds after the order nope .. no food no refund no serviceI called again yesterday manager was to call me back and still never calledPlssss give me back my money

Food is mediocre at best, no dine-in, they seem like they're always in a rush even though there's barely anyone here.The washrooms though is what made me dock 3 stars...The only washroom available and 2 out of the 3 stalls is useable" and that phrase is being generous

The pizzas tasted amazing and it was a nice place. The dining room was really comfy and the place clean. The waiter was friendly and helpful.
