This is the best place to come and play badminton in Edmonton. The staff are wonderful and the coaches are some of the best badminton players I’ve ever seen. Due to Covid I wasn’t able to come and play for months, but still the people here recognized me and it felt like I never left. To describe this place in a few words, the people here make it feel like home.

Extremely difficult to register the kids in their program. Spent days in communicating over the email with slow response. Their reception lady has no clue what she is talking about, doesn't understand the basic questions. Not sure about the program but they really need to improve on the front line customer care.

My son enjoyed the class there. Coaches are very nice and professional. Courts are clean and well maintained. Customer service is ok. You have to be proactive to ask questions.

Really poor customer service experience! Even though my kids enjoyed most of the classes there, the stress of dealing with them was not worth it! They ignore the contract if that suits them, and not taking responsibility if they are in the wrong! Too bad!

Be careful when you register the class. Charging money without knowing. Very bad business practice. If you don’t refund my money I will see your on the court

i absolutely love this club for a lot of reasons tbh like prehaps the coaches. the coaches are really nice and exprienced as well, i made great friends that are like my forever now. my badminton improved a lot ever since i started going to bactive.

The staff is cooperating and supportive. My daughter told me coaches are very experienced and they use different techniques to teach and improve their game. My daughter's game is very much improved. I am giving 4 stars as I feel the monthly fee is more than it should be.

No real perk of being a member here. You buy a membership, still pay for drop ins. Drop ins are limited to 1-4 monday to friday. Another option is court rental, which is also expensive for being a member.They need to simplify their whole process.
