Patrick came to do my yearly maintenance on my 26 year old furnace and fireplace for the first time. My furnace broke down not too Iong after due to age and I contacted Patrick as he had provided me with a replacement quote after the maintenance call. He had rescheduled his appointments within 24 hours, obtained new furnace and replaced my furnace within 48 hours. He did a wonderful job with the installation. His work was meticulous and very professional. I love my new furnace and Wi-Fi compatible thermostat! What a difference in heating and no noise. I contacted Caron Heating & Cooling as I had just bought a house and figured it would be a good time to have the maintenance done and see if needed anything since it was my main source of heat. Devin came over, was great with my dogs, cleaned everything up and went over it all with me, he explained the importance of yearly maintenance. The following year I was having an issue with getting my pilot going, I contact Caron Heating and Cooling again, and they were able to walk me through it over the phone. Great service and wonderful treatment. I had an issue with AC, so, I called Patrick Caron and he came the next day. He quickly figured out the problem , fixed it directly and he did not charge me anything because he consider it a minor issue.Really, I highly appreciate his prompt action, his honesty and generosity.

My 7 year old AC unit stopped working and I called a number of HVAC service providers and their answer was all the same... we are overwhelmed with calls and the earliest we can see you is in 5 to 7 days! I explained what I issue was but the answer didn't change. Not what you want to hear when you are roasting in 30 + C weather. I called Caron Heating and Cooling and spoke with Patrick and explained the issue, he told me that he thought the solution could be resolved quickly and could fit me in later the same day! To my surprise, Patrick arrived a short time later and within 15 minutes the problem was resolved and the system operational. The icing on the cake was the cost for the service call and replacement parts was less than just the service calls alone quoted by most of the other service providers I call earlier that day. I would without a doubt recommend that you call Patrick and his team at Caron Heating & Cooling for any and all of your heating or cooling needs. Great same day service . Our furnace stopped working during the night. We needed a new fan/blower motor. Called in the morning and fixed by 3pm. Excellent service. Very fast and professional.
