Dr. Sandra Nelles

Dr. Sandra. Please teach your front desk staff a few customer service skills. She is very rude and obnoxious. She first thought I missed a inperson appointment during covid time when it was a phone call I missed. Called 15 minutes right after and I was asked to pay $50 which is fine. She would not accept she made a mistake when she did not take proper notes and tell me thatI missed an inperson appointment. She has zero empathy for patients. We are not calling to get movie tickets...its between life and death.....she is trying to argue with me about customer service skills. And when I want to pay the $50 , she says there are no way to pay it over phone and to come in person to do the payment and clear the dues which will still not get me a consultation day and asked me to get a new referral. She sounded more like a collection agent on the phone rather than a pleasant front desk personal to listen to people when a call comes in. It's the rude way with so much attitude she speaks which is so upsetting.

Refused to help

Dr. Nelles was nothing but comforting, thorough, and kind during the course of my consult and procedure. I could not have imagined a better doctor to handle this sensitive topic and procedure. The time between consultation to procedure was scheduled within a month. Not to mention that all the nurses I encountered the day of my procedure spoke highly of her. Thank you Dr. Nelles!

Dr. Sandra Nelles is one of the best doctors I have ever met. My husband went for colonscopy she found colon cancer and he had a two big polips, she scheduled an appointment, and she was successful to remove it, and the cancer was gone. She has saved my husband life. And our family thank her for what she did. Our prayers for the Lord Jesus for her and her family to have blessings in everything she does.
