When my computer literally melted down, I contacted Dane, who accommodated me that day and quickly determined what was working and what wasn’t. It was obvious a new computer was needed. My dead computer was custom-built and served me well for many years. Dane does custom builds so he and I worked out what I needed and in a short time I had my new desktop computer at a very reasonable cost. Dane was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He continues to be available for questions. Highly recommended.

Dane is amazing! Gave him a budget and he stayed well within it, asked the important questions like what I use it for, what I want it to do, and how my previous tower was lacking. He built me an amazing, powerful desktop that I am still in awe with months later. Quick to answer questions, passionate about his work and clients. Will keep going to him, no matter where I'll live.

Absolutly phenominal customer service. 5 stars just don't cut it. Should be 10. Dane is super friendly, lots of knowledge but the one thing that stood out was the fact he was able to teach me in a way I could understand while diagnosing my pc. I have very little computer knowledge and Dane did everything to help me understand. I came out very happy and very confident with his work and in the future Dane will be my go to guy. Anyone i know who has pc issues i will send them his way.

Dane has been helping me with various computer/internet issues for several years now, at a very reasonable price, and with great success. Just today, I used something he put on my laptop a year or two ago, when I was having repeated issues with my computer not wanting to connect to the internet. For whatever reason, it kept dumping its WiFi files - so he put an app(?) that I believe he built, on my home screen. Things had been going fine for a long time, but today and yesterday, I couldn't connect - and using this app this morning resolved the issue.I only leave reviews for people whose products/services consistently meet or surpass standards, and I have found Dane to be one of those.

I had such a good experience with Dane! He was able to fix my computer the same day that I called and I had it back before the end of the day. He was very knowledgeable and professional and even sent me text updates to let me know how things were going! His prices were very reasonable and he gave me a free quote. I’m definitely going back to him if I need any more repairs.

“Above and beyond customer service” is how I would sum up my experience of Dane’s help with my desk top computer. This started from the very first moment he answered my call. He took time right then (at no cost to me) to thoroughly understand the problem I was having. Once I took my computer for him to physically examine, he spent MORE time trouble shooting and then offered a solution for a very reasonable price. I really appreciated how he made the extra effort to explain what he was doing and in answering all of my questions. My best experience with a tech guy. He’s very confident in his work and got the job done fast.Even explained some of the processing to me so I understand my computer more and how to take care of it. Will definitely go back when I switch to a pc.
