We have very very bad experience I am regular customer in this location I have never been having problems this time manager I ask for extra hot sauce and he charge me and very rude with me look like he don’t want to work and I have allergy with tomatoes I tell him no tomatoes stil I got on my chalupa he don’t make my order perfect at all I want my money back.

This place should be shut down. A month ago we ordered from them and the sour cream was rotten. Gave them another chance and our tacos looked like this. Soggy, old and missing sour cream and sauce. Not even edible. DISGUSTING

Would set 3.5 stars if I could! MAN oh man my experience here last week was an interesting one! Waited like 20 minutes for food(it was busy so no complaint there) but my dinner came with a show too! The workers in the back had a bit of a disagreement and someone stormed off. Honestly the food was AMAZING (probably some of the best TB I’ve ever had, that’s saying a lot). All in all food was good, would definitely suggest turning off skip the dishes when you get really busy as to deter from having arguments amongst your staff but thanks for the show anyways :)

Food is not like the picture they promote, ordered a quesalupa box ,very small tacos, good flavor on the regular hard taco and soft taco.Quesalupa not that good at all, very dry and just small portion inside. Also seems they are saving on the taco sauces , had to ask to give me some, they didn't even offered

Came in to this location the other night about 10 minutes to closing. They were cleaning up & getting ready to close the store but still were able to serve me right away & without any rude comments about me coming in last minute lol.. I've had too many bad experiences with employees at fast food places trying to refuse service & close early but that wasn't the case with this place! The food was also on par for taco bell, no complaints from me!

Received my order from Uber. Special instructions were to not add cheese to any of the 10 tacos ordered (allergies), and we ordered a side of extra jalapenos. Cheese was added, and no jalapenos. We also added hot sauce which was also missing.I called the store, and was offered a store credit. They did not offer to remake the food or have it redelivered.So, I have a bag of food no one can eat and I'm out $55.Hard 1 star.Please avoid ordering here..

Took advantage of the free crunch wrap coupon for downloading the new app.I understand this is new however this location has been using other third party online ordering apps for years. So I do not understand why my good was not ready when I arrived. Further more the staff did not even seem to be aware an order had been placed. I was not offered an appology for this and when confronted the manager tried to give me no fewer then six different excuses for this issue none of which made sense with the problem. I had to correct her at what the issue was after each one. I feel I wouldn't have had to of she had listened to my problem fully before intrupting me to give a wrong explanation. Especially when all I wanted to hear was I am sorry this is a new program will follow up more throughally with my team. If I was in taco bells shoes I would be looking for someone a bit more mature for their management rolls.Edit: just arrived home to see our trainwrecks of fries supremes. Adding side by side photo one is with extra cheese and sour cream one is normal. Both seem lacking to me and why is the toppings only on one side?

Ordered taco bell pickup and a bunch of things were missing from the family combo and they won't pickup their phone. Have been calling for 3 days at different times. They also picked up once then hung up because they were likey business but never reached them again
