This is the first Google review I've ever written, but seemed an appropriate token of appreciation given the quality of the work Gil did for me. I had a completely non-functional Aeron chair (not a single one of the positional controls worked) that was bound for landfill, and had Gil take a look at it. Long story short, the thing now works like new and I couldn't be happier. The best part was, Gil fixed it in about half the time originally estimated!
