Brought my old Dell Inspiron 5759 laptop for repair recently after the left-side socket to connect the electric power cord became completely detached from the unit. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed but was assured it was doable. Sure enough it was repaired, and along with some other tweaks that were done, my laptop is back up and working properly again! I was given regular updates regarding the status of the repairs and the technician followed through with everything that was required. The process was done in a professional and timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. The owner, Ashraf Messiha, who did the repairs, is totally honest and trustworthy and strives to provide complete customer satisfaction. I had issues with my laptop. My son poured water on it while it was working. It went off and did not come up again all my efforts to troubleshoot dry and make it work was to no avail. So I searched for someone who could fix it nearby on google and Tech-info came up and He did a good job with lots of transparency and very considerate.
