Our grandmother moved into Kensington in March 2018 and her health is the best that it has been in years. The staff are caring and friendly and always get her involved in the different activities.!

The actual entrance is NOT on Highbury Ave. Turn east at Highbury/Huron, go dwn huron to the first street on the North.turn left,go to end of the street to Kensington.

My dad moved to the retirement side 3 months ago and is doing great. Being more active and socializing. Just moved my mom on Friday to the long term side. Both are already getting more care then they did in the3 years at the other facility.

Absolutely horrible place.No care given to residents.Short staffed, nobody speaks English, can rarely even find anyone to help while visiting. I’d go as far to say the neglect boards on abuse. Just a really bad place.If you care at all about your loved ones, DO NOT put them at Kensington.Zero stars, Do Not recommend!!!!!!

Severely understaffed, lack of english among the staff and absolutely horrible food. Mom was there for rehab after a fall for 3 months and hated it there. The lack of care was terrible. Understaffing was part of it but many of the workers just couldn't be bothered, very sad. Building and facility nice and clean but not a place you want your loved ones if you have any other choices.

Very unprofessional and non knowledgable management employees are robots with no skills, equipment and wheel chairs are unsafe, they bleed the residents of pension funds for their care and stay,they are careless and doctors are not on site until the end of the week. Doctors and nurses need careful re accessment to their assigned positions for the benefit of seniors

My friend's mother 'survives' at this location. The care is non existant, neglect is limit life threatening. The staff seems incompetent. My friend has an extensive collection of pictures proving this neglect. If you love your family, do not send them there.
