Terrible customer service and inconsistent work. Very immature and rude ladies that work there.

The manager at this location was extremely rude. Refused to service me because they were unable to perform a specific symbol I asked for.They were able to do it the first time, but they did it in the wrong spot of the bracelet I gave them to work on.They said it was too hard and time consuming, so they didn’t want to do it....You refuse service that’s “too hard and time consuming”..? Nice... complete waste of time. I tried explaining my side of the situation but they would not listen, over talked me and wouldn’t let me get a word in, and belittled me in front of everyone at the mall. They made me feel like an animal with no respect. I did nothing wrong but everyone in the mall was looking at the way they were talking to me and it was completely embarrassing. Never been back since. Never. Ever.

Great experience. The sales representative was not only very good looking but took the time to be very helpful.

I went to get a bracelet engraved. The girl working seemed to be busy setting up her engraving machine. Some people may mistake this for being ignored but I understand she may be in the middle of engraving etc and accept that she was busy. After about a minute of viewing some font choices she immediately helped me with great customer service and suggestions. I came back after to pick up a beautifully finished product. She did a fantastic job and i recommend this person. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she did mention she was from Manitoba in our small talk and she had short hair. Totally professional in her approach. She was awesome. This was mothers day 2017

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was not friendly and were unable to make decisions regarding a faulty product sold to me. They refused to replace an object that was damaged before I purchased it. I would rather pay twice as much to go to a different business than use things engraved again.

So terrible. There were two people working one was on the phone with a customer, which is fine. The other was clearly talking to her friends on her personal cell phone. I was the only person there. The girl talking to friends stared at me while making plans to meet up with friends. Terrible customer service.

I decided on my visit to Edmonton to have 2 items for children's birthday gifts engraved. I chose Things Engraved. I Dropped of the item's with easy simple percise instructions mutually agreed script with a time line of roughly an hour.When I went to check the progress I was informed the birth date was wrong on 1 item she had them reversed on the items. The item was hard to replace so I was told it had to buffed down by a jeweler in order to engrave the proper date again.It turned out too bad, But when you take a picture with your phone the image comes through with image of the wrong date.They said they did their best to remedy their mistake.As a traveler I had to come back a 2nd day and waste money to go to a place that I already had been to get a service preformed. I was offered No discount and a weak apology That's just Policy".The children enjoyed their time marked gifts. That's's my experience . I wish the mistake didn' t occur

Worst customer service ever.The girl serving me had such a snotty attitude she seemed annoyed and angry that I was asking her questions . And kept walking away and talking and texting on her cell phone . Will never go back and nobody else should waste their time going there either

Pretty cool place if you need some gifts that are keep sales that you would want engraved. They are quick and reasonably priced.

Don’t order anything from any of the Things Engraved stores or website. Not only did they give me what I would consider attitude and seemed like they were implying that I was lying when I said the free shipping wouldn’t apply to my order when my total was OVER the amount to get free shipping, so I had to remove one of the things I wanted to get because I couldn’t afford all of it including the shipping which should have been free. Just received my order and not only is the name plate crooked, it also fell off. I don’t have my receipt because it had my info on it so I shredding it because I assumed if I spend that much something, it shouldn’t be broken on the first day. NEVER getting anything from here EVER again. Terrible quality and terrible service. Wish I could give 0 stars.
