Very bad experience today in this location. In monthly bases our company is getting products from Home Depot a minimum of 5K monthly. The lady cashier passes another customer when we were waiting in the line up queue to get our stuff cashed out. when we ask her why you are doing that she said this is normal and the customer has only one item. when we asked for the supervisor she said this is our system. All this and she never said I'm sorry. I told her thank you we will not buy product (worth about 200$) from here anymore.

Was running some last-minute errands for work. It's great that they're open till 8 pm on a Sunday. Was able to grab a few items. Some stuff wasn't in stock, or the shelf wasn't restocked yet. But none the less usually able to find what I need when I come to this location.

This location is a little bit far to come regularly. But I can always depend on them for having stuff that the rest of the Home Depot’s are out of stock with. Parking is super easy to get in and out of and the staff is always super friendly here. Very clean, organized and well stocked location! My pictures are very detailed and thorough so if you’re looking for anything, to complete a home renovation. Feel free to browse through my photos, to see the selection they offer.

I went to the Home Depot at 49 first gulf blvd at Orion gate mall. I was immediately welcomed when I walked in. an employee named Karan who took the time to help me no matter how busy he was he should be promoted and given a raise in my opinion for his great customer service

I have to commend and appreciate one of the associates in this store, who works in Plumbing department- His name is Todd Ellis. What an amazing individual. And so patient as well. He patiently listens to your need and suggest the absolutely right product from store for you. He is so detail oriented and patiently answers all your questions. I will revisit this Home Depot only because of this associate, Todd Ellis at Home depot store 7006.

Asked them for product availability, they tell you out of stock. Asked them to check other stores for availability, instead of using their inventory system, they use the Home Depot website to check for inventory. These workers are top notch, I didn't know that I can do that online, I mean the website is always accurate when it comes to product availability. SMH lazy workers. These people are worst than the people working at Rona

We visited this store on 20th January 2023. We needed assistance for out shower head. The store employee Mr. Todd Ellis was extremely helpful to completely satisfy us regarding our needs. He dealt with us in a truly professional manner, knew his job to the greater extend. He got us the right equipment, told us how to use it. We truly appreciate his professional and helpful services. Had the best experience at this Home Depot today. The appliance specialist, Veltza Rodriguez, was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and went out of her way to help us find what we needed.
