I started ordering from Rampant Chef when I decided to make a complete lifestyle change. The meals are generous portions, they're healthy meals that can be customized, they have delivery service that brings my meals right to my front door, and best of all was that I could clearly taste the love and seasoning in the food. Rampant Chef is a definite gem that has enabled me to lose 52lbs in 7 months. I look forward to seeing more offerings from them, like maybe juicing :). P.S. keep an eye out for the low-carb lasagna & jerk chicken/pork, cause those dishes have some EXTRA LOVE in them!!!!

Trying out his meals service was the best idea I've had in a long time! I have been a customer for a couple months now and have enjoyed every meal I've had. Meals are nutritious, taste amazing, and are reasonably priced. Definitely give it a try if you're thinking of using a meal prep service!

I just recently starting ordering my meal prep every week from rampant chef. The food is really good and really healthy. I live a busy lifestyle, ordering my meal prep is so convenient and keeps me on top of eating healthy.I am very happy with the meals and their prices are very reasonable.

It's so great to support local and get healthy prepared meals weekly for a great price.The menu continues to change so you don't get bored and the food is really good. Helps when you just have a busy lifestyle and can't always fix healthy.

I recently had a stroke and still cannot make my own meals. I have tried several companies including e fresh meals, live fit and hear to home.Today was my first order with The Rampant chef and it is far superior to other services. Great tasting food at a reasonable price plus large portions. I am really pleased I finally found a company that I can count on as my stroke recovery may take several more months. Terrific company. I couldn’t be more pleased. Will recommend it highly

My first time ordering from here was Christmas dinner for myself and kids. I was worried as my guys are picky eaters. But everything about the food was amazing. The portions, the taste and the packaging. Hands down the best place for a home cooked dinner (I mean if your home had a chef - cause this is definitely cooked by a professional)

To get into keto, I got a week's worth of keto meals (14=2 a day) and just ate those. They sustain me, and after every meal I am full and satisfied.I keep buying now on a weekly basis because it keeps me in ketosis. It's also so much easier, I don't have to cook, clean, or go grocery shopping.The meals tastes awesome, with lots of variety.

The family is loving the meals from Rampant Chef. We are coming up on week 4. I order enough for 5 nights of dinners each week. My husband and son eat the large portion for dinner, but I split my meal and get a lunch and dinner. This eliminates a lot of stress on what to prepare for dinner and reduces the trips to the grocery store. Delicious flavours and variety.
