PRETTY NAIL BAR

We were looking for a nail salon that was open on Sunday and ended up here. Overall the experience was good. The nail technician I had was super efficient. It was really busy as well so there was a bit of a wait.

Moved into the area 1 year ago and still looking for a good nail salon until I found this one. 4 weeks later my natural nail has grown but the manicure is still perfect, no chips not even scratches. My previous manicures lasted 3 weeks or less.

Hello,I don't usually write a review but I thought it was necessary to write one. I have been going to this nail salon for a year now. I have to say that I do love the way HA does my nails. She takes her time and makes sure that your nails are even and has done every design I have asked her to do perfectly. The second last time I was in I did not like the color. It looked different on my nail then the color I saw on the fake nail sample. After painting two nails I explained NICELY to Ha that I did not like the color and if I can pick another color I also explained in detail that I am okay with her painting over the existing color I had on my nail. She huffed and puffed and said NO IT WILL NOT LOOK RIGHT I NEED TO TAKE THE NAIL POLISH OFF. I thanked her many times and tipped well. The last time I was in which was this week, she didn't talk to me. She was extremely rude and I would try to talk to her and she didn't answer until I purposely asked louder so she would have to answer. I thought okay she was having a bad day because this is no way to treat a customer, but then her next client came in and she was extremely nice to her and made her feel so welcome and treated me soo poorly. Its very sad because I have not ever been treated this way and will not come back to this place unfortunately. If you want to have great looking nails see Ha but if you want great customer service where you feel welcome and well liked then maybe don't choose this place.
