Friendly Dental Centre

I have been their patient since still a teenager, now I’m an old auntie haha. I’ve had braces, tooth extraction, dental cleaning etc done with them. All of the services were absolutely painless because of doctor’s great and gentle techniques. Always a pleasant experience when visiting them! I’ve referred so many friends and family to them as well!All the staff members (receptionists, assistants, doctors) are extremely knowledgeable. On top of their professionalism, they are so friendly! Really reflected the name of their business so well. I don’t think you can find anyone better than this team in the entire BC.My current dentist is Dr. Pan. You are awesome!!!! ❤️

This dental care has wide room space in the waiting area and so on. They even provide books and many places to sit and wait for your turn. Their service is also really quick as they don't want their customers to wait for too long. The people working there are really nice and sweet. They provide you with care and respect. They also have been doing their job for a long amount of time so they are highly professional. I highly recommend this dental care!!

It's definitely the best dentist I have ever visited. The new location is amazing, while my dentist Patrick has been very friendly and super helpful. Their team is definitely a top notch in providing good experience to their customers. My kids love visiting here as well; they have no nervous at all. I have been visiting from 40 mins away in the past few weeks, definitely worth the drive!

Dr. Wu is a dentist with very good patience. He is helping my two daughters teeth issue. We trust him well.

Thanks to Dr.Ivy Lin and the friendly stuffs at Friendly Dental Centre, my five-year-old was actually looking forward to see his dentist for the first time! I’ve been taking my son to see three different dentists and even a specialist because he needs fillings to be done for the past few years. They all suggested him to do it with a general anesthesia and left me with no other options at all. Dr.Lin had a different solution which was schedule him for a teeth cleaning appointment so he could have an idea of what a teeth treatment’s like. We went for it today and surprisingly everything went smoothly even with a smile! Dr. Lin was gentle and professional. She understood my concerns and listed me different options to choose from which was exactly what I was looking for. The overall experience with this dental centre was beyond my satisfaction! My son loved the reading area! Thank you!

Without doubt, this place is warming and neat with good customer service and the most high tech equipments. I love it. I had the filling treatment yesterday with Dr. Pan, he is wonderful and skilled but my lip got bruised after the visit. I would like to suggest if the assistants could be more gentle and care for patients. Please Ask if we are okay!!! Do not tell us to be patient or keep steady until I had a chance to let them know my lower lip hurt from the tools because it was not comfortable at all. My children had the same experience before with friendly dental too. It would be really appreciated if you can pay extra care for this situation. Some people have very sensitive and delicate skin so I hope it can be improved after this. Thank you

We have been there for twice. Terrible experience!!!If there is a negative star, I would like to put the negative on.First time visit, I booked and provided my dental insurance at least more than a month in advance, so I believe the receptionist should have enough time to prepare before my visit. However, no one did the job!!! I have been told that I need to submit my own claim form to insurance company before any procedures were done which is fine. BUT they did NOT provide any claim form to me!! As a dental receptionist, you should be aware that the patient can't do the claim without dentist information & signature. I have to go back & ask you to provide the filled claim form which was supposed to be done on that day!!!Second time visit, I would like to give it one more chance, so I booked one month in advance too, and a few days before my visit, we received a call from the dental office saying would like us to come earlier or maybe later, and I said we couldn't because my daughter has class before & after the appointment. We only can be on time, and this is the reason that I always booked one month in advance. When we arrived at the dental office, we have been told need to wait a little bit longer since it's not ready yet (I thought only 15 mins or less which is fine, and we still could be on time). BUT BUT BUT we waited 1 HOUR!!!!! This is so ridiculous!!! They kept telling me it's almost, almost on every 15 mins!!!!!! If you tell me that I need to wait 1 hour when I arrive, I will just leave. BUT they didn't,!!! I have to pay for my missed class, waiting time & the parking for the waiting time because of your unreasonable scheduling!!!! I'm not a doctor, but my time is also valuable too!!!!
