Very pleased with friendly staff, good service and good quality work

I have a permanent retainer and the one end of my wire detached and is cutting my tongue. I need it glued back down. I haven’t had braces in about 20 years, so I’m not a patient of any orthodontist on the island. I called to book an appointment and was told since I’m not a patient, that for legal reasons, I have to come on a ‘doc day’. After the person who answered the phone took all my info to create my file, she told me the next available appointment is in March. It’s DECEMBER right now. Sure, this isn’t an emergency, but it needs to get fixed asap as it’s a loose wire cutting up my mouth. Ridiculous! She certainly wasn’t willing to help me or figure out an alternative solution so I could be seen soon.

poor poor service. waited 80 minutes for my appointment and the staff was over worked. I felt bad asking the front desk lady how many more minutes because she was busy and trying to be so nice. the nurses in the back were very nice too but way to busy. no seats in the waiting room. they need to book less appointments.UPDATE: I recently saw a response from docbraces. Unfortunately I was recently in the office and once again was told something about their staff not being able to come into work for one reason or another and that is why wait times are so long. Funny since I was told this in march as well

My experience with docbraces was amazing, the workers were very nice and always happy and helpful. I'm very happy with my new smile. I would definitely recommend docbraces!
