Good customer service. Quality of attire seems great. We needed clothes for a wedding. I was able to find an excellent pair of dress-looking pants (but relaxed, soft, and with an adjustable waist) and a dress shirt for my heavy, broad nine year old boy. He is difficult to fit and has a lot of sensory issues. He gave the thumbs up to the first outfit we tried! Would absolutely recommend and return :)

George unfortunately left us hanging 18 days before our wedding without vests for our ring bearers after promising me on multiple occasions that he could get them. First he forgot to order them and we didn't find out until almost 3 weeks later. Then when we called to get him to order them again, he let us know the following day that the warehouse did not have any in stock and he was unable to help us. He wasn't even apologetic about it or attempt to make it right in any way, shape or form. Very disappointing from one of the few shops locally to carry a large selection kids formal clothes.
