Bad customer service.I never complain about this stuff and let it slide. But the lady took it too far.I'm 38 weeks pregnant and do you think she could leave anything left to say?NopeAsked me how many I'm carryingWants to guess the gender, comments on how high or low my belly is. The entire time I was in the store, she was commenting on my body.And she was wrong about everything.I have three kids and carried out front and high for all of them despite gender.I've also been a variety of weights.From slim and fit to a bit outta shape now.It's honestly made me furious and embarrassed and I wish I had had the guts to tell her to zip it.Don't comment on ppls bodies!How is this not public knowledge by now?

Havent had what im looking for in stock several times but also have found the staff to be unfriendly and not helpful at least twice. Im going to stick with the store in the west end where the staff are always friendly even though its on the other side of the city from me.

A wonderful shop. I've been going now regularly for about the last 6 months. With the help of staff, I finally found a food my 12 year-old Shih Tzu likes - hurray! Also found a much healthier food for my 10 year-old Maine Coon. I recently came in very close to closing and even though the young woman working there was mopping, she stopped to help me; it was nearly Christmas and I suspect she ended-up staying late bc of me (sorry!). She was so pleasant. The owner(s) should know they have excellent staff (both knowledgeable and friendly) tending their shop when they're not around.
