Mike, who deals with online parts, is an excellent communicator. I had been looking for a few rare pieces for fleet vehicles that we service in Toronto and reached out to Mike, who was extremely receptive and very helpful. Although it was tough to obtain the parts, Mike was persistent and went beyond what any of my local dealers offered. My parts is finally on its way and my fleet manager couldn't be happier. Part was 100% exact fit. Disappointing that it took 1 day less than 3 weeks for my part to arrive 2 provinces over... Also through my online research, Island GM parts had the lowest CDN price for this part.

Ordered from Island as they had the parts I wanted and at the best prices I could find in Canada. Received an auto-acknowledgement that the parts were ordered and would be received by Island in 5-7 days then shipped to me. Two weeks later I received a message that there was a glitch in their system and the order was just going in. Received the parts today. Paid $23 to have less than 2 lbs of plastic shipped to me WITH ONE PART TAPED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! And the other didn't fit inside the box - stuck out. Not impressed.

Am very disappointed with this dealership and Do using Siri tech text to rip people off if anybody seen DDE on YouTube you’ll see What kind of deal they got on their C8 Corvette! It’s a real shame that they would not even return their phone calls.
