Tallis is fantastic! I am a university student, and therefore NEED my computer at all times. When my computer quit working in the middle of midterms I tried taking it a few places, with little success. As soon as I found INTECH I felt 100% confident in them, and Tallis understood my urgency and made my computer a priority. I dropped my computer off with Tallis around 4pm and he had it ready for me to pick up the same night at 10pm. For the duration of the time that Tallis had my computer he kept in contact with me and enthusiastically updated me every step of the way, so I never had to stress. Tallis took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to me and walked me through preventative practices for the future. Not to mention his prices are unbeatable and he offers a great student discount.
