good chocolate. sales staff is way to agressive and overbearing though. got bombarded by 2 within a 40 second period as soon as i stepped in. awwkward.

I love their chocolate, little pricy but worth it

Had them select the chocolates no caramel and mainly milk chocolate truffle style. The server tried several times to put caramel chocolates in there and was quite confrontational about there being caramel in it. I was given creams, caramels and coconuts. No milk chocolate truffle style. No straight up milk chocolate. Might as well just got a box instead of dealing with the less than adequate customer service.

My opinion is that Purdys needs to improve in customer service for online orders. I was on hold 3 times for over 15 minutes each time before their line hung up on me causing me to lose my queue and try again, with no results of getting through to a person. I sent an email to the addy indicated by using the link on the site, but it was returned as undeliverable. And finally I wrote them on facebook where my message was clearly received but ignored for 12 days. The website is confusing with regards to multiple orders and since I did not receive email confirmations ( even though I received order numbers at tine of purchase ) I wanted to confirm that my gifts would be in order for Easter as promised on the website.Purdys on facebook blamed the delay on social distancing however i believe a more honest answer would have been prudent... I could see the message I sent had been viewed as this is a feature on fb messenger... ignoring my message and question was rude and without reason. And to suggest the alternatives which I had already indicated were problematic and impossible, is another indication of poor listening skills and poor customer service.

This store itself is really lovely, clean and has a fantastic variety. My family and I personally love Purdy’s Chocolate… and generally this is my go to store. Recently… I was in the store with my son and had to witness one of the staff being really rude to another Mom and son. This boy maybe 8 years old took (quite carefully) a Halloween Box of chocolate off a shelf and this staff member rushed over, grabbed the box and then scolded him because he could have knocked the whole display down. A complete over reaction. The Mom looked shocked, boy nearly in tears.Even my son then decided to didn’t want anything and we all left.We are reluctant to go back.Such a shame…

The chocolate here is so good! It is a little pricey but its a great gift for birthdays or Christmas. I definitely get this every year for someone.. Other than that, the ice cream is pretty good and a fair price for what you get (dipped in dark or white chocolate and nuts or sprinkles).

Joanne was wonderful, really warm and pleasant experience, this location will go a long way if she's a part of the team :)

Delicious Canadian fresh chocolate, but my favourite is their pralines ice cream dipped in white chocolate. Super friendly staff!
