November 6, 2020 - Everyone wearing masks and lining up at door which is a very short wait! Screening questions asked by staff upon entering and also the encouragement of hand sanitizing. I was helped by an informative staff member with cool purple hair and found all my items with ease.

Always my favorite Chapters / Indigo to go to. Today I went in and everything had to be done manually because of a outage they have been experiencing. No website access to check books etc.Despite it all the staff were very friendly, apologetic (even though it was no fault of their own). A slight delay in payment and checking out of course but in all a great experience as always.

Large Chapters location with a lot of board games, stationary, children’s toys and other products aside from books. It was very busy when I went in the afternoon the week before Christmas. Line up was quite long but line was moving quickly. There is a discounted items section at the back of the store.

I feel like the in-store shopping experience is a thing of the past. My children are avid manga readers but the manga selection at the Coquitlam location is very sad. We left with no titles that we were looking for. The Metrotown location has a much better selection for manga. We got what we wanted online but we enjoy browsing the books in store much more.

I want to not like chapters since its probably better to shop at your local smaller bookstore, but this place really does have a lovely selection. Their bestsellers are often on sale, the note books are unique and very well made. Furthermore, they have such a huge selection of magazine and they have laid out chairs for people to just read them, and the staff doesn’t give you any trouble about it. Some of their merchandise like mugs and scarves etc. are a bit expensive, but again very good quality stuff.

One of the few chapters that haven't converted into the home decor stores (Indigo). They have lost a substantial book section to trinkets, but it's still one of the better ones.

Clean, light, and comfortable shopping floor/environment. AC is ok, but a bit stronger is better, sometimes feel no fresh air. Many shopping options. Price is ok. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Credit cards accepted. Free parking lot available in the front/plaza. Many small shops and dinning options nearby. Bus stops/station, skytrain stations, and Coquitlam Shopping Center are in walking distance.

It was messy, none of the computers were working, and there were few employees. I kept trying to approach someone for help, but they kept turning away. Couldn't find the book I wanted, despite knowing the author, title, and genre. Pretty bad experience, unfortunately.
