One amazing lawyer and niki his assistant, been with them for 7 years now and he has absolutely helped me in every aspect. Family law, Real estate. He’s won all my court cases in court and helped maintain my relationship with my daughter. Dustin is all about what’s right and Dosent hose his clients. Dustin Tkachuk and his assistant Nici are both great to deal with. I had a very complicated and demanding matter to resolve and Dustin handled it very well. He will minimize conflict with the other party to the best of his ability and will attempt to resolve matters using diplomacy rather then going down an often more expensive drawn out process that is the court system.He answers e-mails extremely promptly and gave me great advice where I was lacking the confidence in responding to the other party. He will not squander your retainer on trivial or fruitless efforts that are in the big picture irrelevant. He is also very personable and will explain complex legalities in laymen's terms which was very helpful for me.Dustin was also great to deal with for my real-estate needs providing quick and concise service.Overall I would highly recommend Dustin in helping you navigate the tricky waters that is family law, he will put you and your interests first and tell you when you are wrong which in my opinion is what you want in a lawyer. I consider myself very fortunate to have retained his services throughout the course of my matters.

Over the past 2 years Crystal Lawrence was a hired to represent my minor 12 year old son in an ongoing custody battle. She was amazing.
