Jim cleaned our carpets upstairs and down the week before last. I really enjoyed that Jim is both the owner and the worker at his company. He is super responsible and did a great job. Knowing it is his business I know that he does a good job and stands behind it.Carpets came out great and the price was very reasonable. It was obvious that he really knows carpets and how to care for them. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our carpets seriously look brand new!!I appreciate how efficient yet easy the process was. Mike went over what we wanted cleaned and asked if there was anything else we needed done, so I added a few area rugs in. They came out BEAUTIFUL.We also appreciate how considerate he was of our hardwood floors.My husband and I have used Pacific Steam for over 20 years and will continue to do so.

He took the time to address stubborn stains by hand before steam cleaning the carpets , taking extra time to work on high traffic areas. The results were great! Mike Murray & his wife Beth are the new owners of Pacific Steam Cleaning. His talents are many and he can now add carpet cleaning to that list. We had repair work and cleaning done by the new owners of Pacific Steam, Mike and Beth Murray. They were on time and did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. Very conscientious and kind.

We used Pacific steam to clean our couches and they turned out great. The pricing was good and it didn’t take long and the couches dried pretty fast.They did a great job and fit us in within a few days.

We had a stubborn stain on our carpet. It turned out to be a food dye stain and it wouldn't come out immediately. Pacific Steam did some research on the particular food dye and came up with a solution to clean and remove it! I am very, very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone.

In late January, Mike came to clean the carpets of our rental after a move-out. The carpets were very dirty and the entire unit reeked of dog, much like a kennel. The carpets were also wrinkled and needed to be stretched. Mike took care of all our carpet problems leaving a fresh cleaned unit. The dog smell was gone, carpet looked new. Mike appears to have a lot of carpet experience and was able to stretch the carpets for me before he cleaned them. This saved me a lot of time and inconvenience of having a separate carpet guy come do the work. He was on time, professional and quoted me a fair price. We have been customers of Pacific Steam for nearly 20 years and will definitely continue to do so.
