Customer service is horrid go ANYWHERE else!!! As a family of 5 in need of passport photos we had ours done last summer (2017) the process for passport photos went fine... Warning they are REALLY overpriced compared to many other places. The sales rep conned" us into a more expensive package sounded great... that would include an "on location" photo session (no expiration book when we like) We LOVE winter and waited till early Jan (2018) to do our session. The photographer was great! Totally happy with him (sub contracted by Photos unlimited)From there it became a bloody nightmare!!!After waiting over 2weeks (photos are digital no sense to take that long) to see our photos and having to send an email inquiry...We finally get a call stating we have to make an appt in order to view our pics.We did- Jan 22nd (Just a scam to try to push us to spend more $$) We selected our pics and placed our order.After calling numerous times/sending emails to head office etc.We get called in APRIL!!!! that our photos are there and have been there since February.They actually had the audacity to lie and state they had been trying to reach us since Feb 1st(Our phone records PROVE otherwise)THEN... when picking up package had the nerve to try and "up sell" additional prints...Oh and the operating hours are horrible. Tried stopping by throughout the duration and no one was ever around!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!"

I wish I had of read the reviews before I went. The service was fine, although the prices in my view were terribly inflated. 2 kids passport photos came to $67.xx. I'm sure with a bit of searching I would have found the same service at half the price.

Treat customers amazing

They scammed me into paying for certificates saying it's cheaper to get it for the 4 passport pictures. It only costed 33 and said it would double for 4pictures. Got my pics the wrong cut and size as well.
