Past experience with this bank was great. Not so with the Harvey branch. They tell you what you want to hear at the time then don't bother getting back to you. I actually had to phone 3 times over 3 weeks when I was originally told about a week" was when they would get back to me. Additionally they knew I had switched my direct deposit over for my paycheck and was on a time frame. Next day off I will be taking my banking business elsewhere."

My favorite place to bank here in Kelowna, they no line ups and the branch manager Bonnie is awesome. She went above and beyond to help us and stayed after the branch closed to ensure we got our banking needs in order. I definitely recommend everyone to give Coast Capital Savings a try.

I don’t go into the bank very often but every single time I have the customer service is horrible! There is only one person working at the front! People sitting in the back laughing and talking and nobody comes out and helps. I have to wait so long it’s ridiculous!

They worst experience I have had working with this branch. I am not happy with the Manger and staff. They need to clean this branch up, put in some professionals that know how to do banking.

Be aware of transfering funds from Coast to their affiliate Qtrade. My supposed transfer was done on April 5 /21. I received a transfer request sent" from Qtrade at this time. On May 19th I called Qtrade to find out the status of this transfer only to be told after a search on their end that I had not completed an application which had to be done before the transfer request. Why they started with the transfer bypassing the application is beyond me. Funds are now being transferred to TD Bank."

The phone number is not that of the branch, but of an office in the Lower Mainland. That employee did not want to give me a direct phone number (or e-mail address) of a financial planner in the branch. An appointment can only be arranged through that phone number. Extremely inconvenient for someone from Osoyoos who does not know the date of a trip north beforehand. So it is not a full service branch"."

brutal. always an issue with coast capital. recently the bank has been closed for 3 - 4 days, no branches open, no access to online banking and no access the call. when the online banking opened up again i'm sure they knew people would obviously need access to their banking, it was clogged, still can't access, they knew this was going to happen and did nothing about it. pulling my funds and moving to another bank..

Been with CCS for over 30 years. Customer service has so deteriorated, most of the employees don't listen, don't care and can't be bothered. Cancelled all of my debit cards because they couldn't be bothered to listen to simple issues I was having. Can't get any $ until/IF replacement cards arrive... 8 days. I'm leaving going to another credit union/bank, can't be as bad as CCS has become.
