Knowledgeable and friendly staff, establishment has that atmosphere that gives me the feeling that if they don't have exactly what I want (they usually do) ,they have something that will substitute. Very much unlike the sterile" shops and displays we see in expensive stores in malls and such. And Buffett's leaves customers with the feeling that they truly care about them
