i recommended my friend this place but they were very rude to him. didn’t clean his car properly and then abused him when he asked to clean it again. even refused to give his car keys until he paid. Request to everyone stop going to this place and teach this guy a lesson. first he should learn how to treat customers.

Inquired about the price and asked him a few questions and the owner blocked me? If you’re in the service business and this is how you treat your customers, you won’t go too far.Reading at other comments, it’s clear that rudeness and a lack of customer service is prevalent. If you’re a business owner who wants to scale your business, learn a thing or two about customer service.

I am quite impressed by their professionalism and quick response time. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, with all details and information provided to me. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The transparency was truly appreciated. They also have waiting room with coffee, tv, and decent seating. Their staff also had the courtesy to call me day before in advance to notify me of my appointment Above all, The prices are definitely fair, given that their service is extraordinary, professional and the workman ship is spectacular. Would highly recommend!!!

Only if you want to get insulted by this guy named Sam sure gi ahead.I saw his sponserer add and contact him for the full interior and exterior wash. I dropped my car this morning and i just picked up the car. The car is fairly cleaned from the inside, but there were big water marks on the exterior of the car. I asked him if he cleans it from outside, and he started throwing tantrums at me by saying that i am complaining for no reason and telling me to lower my voice. I told him that i was only asking and it is my right as a customer. No wonder why there are so many reviews for his behaviour. I have 4 cars at home and i was planing for all those 4 cars. BIG NO. I would rather go to Auto spa and pay more money to get the best customer service.

Very unprofessional and rude, the guy doesn’t even know how to talk and explain things, i went with 2 cars and it was worst jib they did. I could have vacuumed it better than their detailing.Please save and value you time and money guys.
